At TRAVELER'S COMPANY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your analog tools and travel gear. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all notebooks, refills, and accessories are included in their protective wrapping.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
